William B. Anderson, P.Eng.

Mr. Anderson is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Saskatchewan and has over forty years of experience in the oil business in Western Canada. He is a recognized Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).

After working with Schlumberger of Canada for thirteen years Mr. Anderson spent 4 years with Sproule Associates Ltd. participating in petroleum property evaluations and providing log analysis services to the Company.

After leaving Sproule Associates Ltd., Mr. Anderson spent 6 years with the Royal Bank of Canada where his primary function was to establish lending values for petroleum properties that been offered to the bank as loan collateral.

Mr. Anderson then spent 21/2 years as Manager of Oil and Gas for G.M. Resources, a small oil and gas company, where the primary requirement was the evaluation of acquisition targets and drilling prospects.

When G.M. Resources was sold Mr. Anderson joined the Bank of Nova Scotia to establish an engineering department to determine lending values for petroleum properties and to assist the bank in increasing its market share among the medium size oil and gas companies.

After nine years at the Bank of Nova Scotia, Mr. Anderson became an independent consultant working for a variety of clients. The major client was Beaver Lake Resources where evaluation of drilling prospects and acquisition targets was the major requirement.

The year 1998 was spent at Petro Canada in the Acquisitions and Divestitures department where he participated in the preparation of data packages of properties that were being sold.

In 1999 Mr. Anderson returned to Beaver Lake Resources where he assisted in the sale of properties and supervised field operations.

In 2003 he joined TransAction Oil and Gas Ventures Inc. as project coordinator.
