As President and a co-founder of Transaction, Herb oversees
and controls all the activities of the Company. From
the initial client contact to the deal closing, Herb
contributes integrally to the success of each project
assignment.

Herb is a professional geologist with over 46 years
of oil and gas industry experience ranging from staff
and management positions with major producers to executive
position with junior oil and gas companies. Herb has
also provided geological and investment services to
the industry.
